Shipping policy

Lil Snookums will endeavour to post orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next available business day. Sales, peak and holiday times may incur a delay. We will try to notify customers of any potential delays in order processing times. 

We ship all orders via Australia Post with standard and express shipping options available at the check out. Standard shipping approximately 3-8 business days delivery and express shipping 1-3 business day delivery. If you require your order quickly we recommend you select express postage. Delivery time frames may vary during peak periods.

Where possible tracking will be provided to you via email to monitor your parcels journey.

Once a parcel is in Australia Post's care, delivery is outside of our control. If your parcel appears to be lost or delayed please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Lil Snookums is not liable for postage time frames.

Currently we are not shipping overseas (outside of Australia).

Please ensure you have the correct delivery address on your order. Once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes.
