Change of mind
We do not return, exchange or refund for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.
Lil Snookums cannot guarantee print placement on stock. Every bandana, scrunchie and hand made item will be slightly different and unique. We will not exchange for print placement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any product damage. Before a replacement or refund is given, and the customer may be required to post the faulty product back to us at the address we supply.
Any costs incurred for returning of damaged/faulty items will solely be on the customer to fulfill. Lil Snookums is not liable to pay for postage of return items.
We will not accept a refund or return for worn and/or used items. It is natural over time for products to deteriorate. Please follow the care instructions provided to help prolong the life of your products.
Lil Snookums is not liable for any damage occurred during delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, vouchers or gift cards nor can we exchange these for cash.
